This low pressure Spray Nozzle is able to "atomize" most liquids while using very low amount of energy. This is achieved by forming a controlled "tornado" that picks up the liquid from it's feeding tube and disintegrates it instantly to the desired droplet size.
As the liquid feeding tube needs no flow restrictors the nozzle has an unparalleled feature as now solid particles can be sprayed together with the carrying liquid, e.g. rubber particles in fuel oil, or color capsules with base liquid.
